• Entry to society is permitted for outsiders. The society is currently not a gated community, and no gates have been developed yet.

Opinion:

Opinion LDA City is currently in the early development phase, evidenced by the absence of core amenities like water, gas, internet, schools, and shopping facilities. However, the premium pricing for larger plots suggests it is aiming to attract upper middle class residents and investors. Livability is low at present but is expected to improve significantly once the planned extensive infrastructure, including the 300-foot Main Boulevard, sports complex, and theme park, is fully realized.
