Approach Road:
Izmir Town can be approached from the Canal Bank Road as its main gate is located over there. A second approach is from the Main Boulevard from LDA Avenue Housing Society that is connected to Raiwind Road
Surroundings:
Many societies are located close to Izmir Town such as Canal Gardens which is a 10-minute drive away, Bahria Town which is 15 minutes away, Sukh Chayn Gardens at a drive of 10 minutes and DHA’s EME-sector which is also a 10-minute drive away. Furthermore, Jubilee Town and LDA Avenue Housing Society are located right next door to it.
Area Livability:

Very few universities are located close to Izmir Town. Qarshi University is located right next to the society while Imperial College for Business Studies is located at a 15-minute drive.
Many schools are located close to Izmir Town or within it. Lahore Grammar School (LGS) has an Izmir campus. Unique Academy, Punjab School, National Grammar School (NGS) have campuses nearby as well along with several other schools.
Izmir Town has several parks for recreation with public parks in nearly every sector. Parks in society are well-maintained.
Izmir Town has some decent markets and shops nearby with some famous brands in the society such as Jalal Sons, Cheezious and Subway. Furthermore, markets and shops are located in nearby Jubilee Town, DHA EME-Sector and P&D Society.
Indus Hospital has a branch in Jubilee Town, which is right next to Izmir Town. GeoPak Hospital is also located close by near Canal Road and is easily accessible. Saleem Memorial Hospital is located at about a 5km distance from Izmir Town and can be quickly accessed through the Canal Road.
Izmir Town has branches from Allied Bank and Alfalah Bank within the society. Meezan Bank and HBL have branches near Izmir Town also.
Izmir Town is located right next to Canal Road. It is about 12 km from Ring Road and almost 15 km from Lahore Motorway and about 15 km from Emporium Mall.

Izmir Town is a well-developed society with decent facilities and amenities, suitable for upper-middle class socioeconomic group.
