DHA Rahbar can be accessed through 2 roads: Defence Road which passes through many societies and connects to Raiwind Riad and Canal Bank Road near Multan Road and Pine Avenue, a traffic artery which connects to Khayaban-e-Jinnah.

Valencia Town, Fazaia Housing Society and Lake City are nearby. Other developed areas like Wapda Town and Bahria Town are located an approximately 20-minute drive away.
Area Livability:

Lahore University is only a short 5–10-minute drive away at a distance of less than 5 kms away from DHA Rahbar. COMSATS (Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South), a famous university in Lahore is about 10 km away as well as Sharif Medical & Dental College also located about 10 km away.
DHA Rahbar has some schools such as ROOTS school, Pak-Turk School and Avalon High. Several other schools are located nearby as well.
For recreation, DHA Rahbar has many parks within society as well as several restaurants around the society and in the nearby areas. There are also gyms and clubs such as UFC Club located there for physical exercise and fitness activities.
DHA Rahbar has several markets and famous brands such as the Carrefour store and Mc Donald’s. Nearby areas also host additional markets and other famous brands.
DHA Rahbar is close to Nusrat Hospital as well as Lahore University’s teaching hospital. Other hospitals are located further away as well at a distance of between 10-15 km.
DHA Rahbar has branches of Soneri Bank and Allied Bank in society. Other bank branches are located in the surrounding societies.
