Currently, Blue World City does not have a fully functional hospital, Small Clinics are facilitate routine checkup.  For now, residents rely on major facilities in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, such as CMH, Holy Family Hospital, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, and the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, all located about 30–35 km away. A planned hospital in Capital Smart City (7–8 km away) will also add nearby healthcare options once developed.
Small Grocery stores are functional in different blocks, Residents usually travel to Rawalpindi Saddar (30–32 km) or Islamabad (33–35 km) for big chains like Metro Cash & Carry, Imtiaz, and Carrefour.
