These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Green Earth Properties Pvt Limited ("GEPPL") information services, including premium paid newsletters, search reports, evaluation reports, and other related services provided by GEPPL (collectively, the "Services"). Your usage of the Services is based on the clear understanding and agreement conveying your agreement to such Terms.

GEPPL reserves the right to modify or replace the Terms at any time, which modification or changes will be deemed to be effective from the day they are uploaded on the GEPPL website.
