Gulberg Greens Islamabad is a farmhouse community developed by the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS). It offers 4, 5, and 10 kanal farmhouses spread across Executive and Blocks A to E. The project is CDA-approved, with its layout plan sanctioned in 2011 and NOC granted in 2012, and designed by Urban Planning & Design (UPDL).
