DHA Phase-9 (Town) is a developing society which is currently being developed by the DHA authorities. Though lacking in amenities at the moment, it is likely to become a well-equipped and well-developed society in the near future, catering to upper class and upper-middle class socioeconomic groups if other DHA Phases are to be judged.
