Facilities

- Well-maintained internal roads, with main road being 150 feet wide while other branching roads have widths of 30 and 40 feet.
- Shopping facilities of good quality with many high-end stores.
- Many public parks present in society and nearby.
- Entry to society is permitted for outsiders.
- Many recreational facilities such as Oasis Club are available for residents. Also present are gyms, clubs and cinema.

Population:
Approximately 100% society is developed (estimated by GEP based on market research). Nearby well-developed societies include other phases of DHA such as DHA Phase-6 and Askari XI is also close by. Well-settled and well developed.
Approach Road:
DHA Phase-7 can be entered through multiple roads such as Barki Road which allows DHA Phase-7 connectivity with the airport, Bedian Road that connects it with surrounding areas and through the neighboring DHA Phase-6.
Surroundings:
DHA Phase-6 and Askari XI are also present close by. Other Phases of DHA can be accessed easily.
Area Livability:

Lahore School of Economics (LSE) is located here while Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is located in DHA Phase-5. Other universities are also present in nearby societies.
DHA Phase-7 has several schools such as Roots Millenium School, DHA Senior School for boys etc. Other phases of DHA nearby provide additional schooling options as well.
For recreation, DHA Phase-7 has sports complexes and parks with Defence Raya Golf Resort in nearby DHA Phase-6 serving as a major destination for events. Oasis Club located in DHA Phase-7 is a notable venue for recreation & entertainment.
DHA Phase-7 has several commercial zones such as CCA-1, CCA-2 & CCA-3 which host different shopping brands and outlets. Nearby DHA Phase-6 hosts Dolmen Mall, a shopping mall featuring many famous brands & eateries.
DHA Phase-7 has no major hospitals but Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute (PKLI) is located in nearby DHA Phase-6 and Integrated Medical Center (IMC) in nearby DHA Phase-5.
DHA Phase-7 has branches from some major banks such as Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Meezan Bank. Nearby phases of DHA include nearly all major bank branches.
DHA Phase-7 is right next to Ring Road at approx. 5 km distance, approx. 8 km from Allama Iqbal International Airport (around 10-minute drive).

Opinion:

DHA Phase-7 is a well-developed society with some of the best facilities and amenities in the city. It primarily caters to upper class and upper-middle class socioeconomic groups.
