Approximately 100% society is developed (estimated by GEP based on market research). Nearby well-developed societies include other phases of DHA such as DHA Phase-1 and Phase-2 and Phase-4. There are other societies too like Nishtar Town close by. Well-settled and well developed.

DHA can be entered through two main roads: Ghazi Road which is an important traffic artery that connects Ferozepur Road to Ring Road, and Walton Road which connects Ferozepur Road to Lahore Cantt. Other than these, DHA Phase-3 can easily be accessed through connecting roads from DHA Phase-1 and DHA Phase-2.

DHA Phase-2, Phase-3 and Phase-4 are right next door and other phases of DHA are a short 10–15-minute drive away. Lahore Cantt. is also easily accessible through a brief 10–15-minute drive.

 Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is only a short 5–10-minute drive away at a distance of about 5 kms in nearby DHA Phase-5. Other universities are also present nearby and Ferozepur Road which is a 10–15-minute drive away also has many university campuses.
DHA Phase-3 has some good schools such as Beaconhouse and Ibe-e-Sina. More schools can be found in nearby phases of DHA as well.
For recreation, DHA Phase-3 has multiple parks including the scenic Sheeba Park which is quite famous. Nearby DHA phases also have many additional parks. DHA cinema is located nearby in DHA Phase-2 and DHA in general has a vibrant nightlife. Several clubs, snooker houses, playing grounds and gyms are available for residents in DHA Phase-3 including multiple Sports Complexes which are used by private parties to arrange matches of Cricket and Football. Nearby DHA phases also have additional recreational facilities including several clubs.
DHA Phase-3 is famous for its Y Block market which hosts many good shopping stores and famous eateries such as Rina’s Kitchenette. Nearby other phases of DHA also have many shopping chains and restaurants such as the famous F-block and H-block markets in DHA Phase-1. Packages Mall, a famous mall of Lahore is only a 10–15-minute drive away.
DHA Phase-3 has health facilities such as Naeem Surgical Hospital and DHA Medical Center. Nearby DHA Phase-1 has National Hospital at a distance of 3 kms. Integrated Medical Care (IMC) Hospital is located in DHA Phase-5 nearby at a distance of approx. 6 kms (10-minute drive). Several other hospitals and treatment facilities are also available in nearby DHA phases and on Ferozepur Road.
DHA Phase-3 has branches from some major banks including Mobilink Microfinance Bank and National Bank. Nearby phases of DHA have branches from nearly all major banks.
DHA Phase-3 is close to Ring Road which is approx. 6 km away, and Allama Iqbal International Airport is 10 km away (around 10–15-minute drive); it is about 2-4 km from LUMS and some 7-8 km from Packages Mall (10-minute drive).

DHA Phase-3 is a well-developed society with some of the best facilities and amenities in the city. It primarily caters to upper class and upper-middle class socioeconomic groups.
