Malik Riaz, real estate tycoon and founder of Bahria Town Malik Riaz is a real estate tycoon whose name is most well-known in Pakistan because of its association to the Bahria Town housing societies that have spread all over the country. Bahria Orchard has parks in every block for recreation, and it has a cinema and a zoo as well for the purpose. Nearby Lake City also has several parks, a cinema, zoo and golf course, located at a distance of about 7-12 kms, an approx. 15-minute drive.
Bahria Orchard has some decent sized shops but no big-name brands.
