Good internal roads, with main boulevard being 80 feet wide and connecting roads of varying width with most roads being wider than 30 feet. For comparison, the width of main boulevard in Lake City is 150 feet.
Shopping facilities of moderate quality with a few local stores are available. No big-name brands as of yet.
Public parks present in each phase of society (currently 2 phases have been developed).
Entry to society is permitted for outsiders.
Gym is available for residents.

Beaconhouse National University is right next to Al-Kabir Town Phase-1. Superior University of Lahore is close to it, at a distance of less than 1 km on Raiwind Road, at a drive of about 5 minutes. Nur International University is located in nearby Bahria Orchards, at a distance of about 5 km or a 10-minute drive.
Allied School and Unique School are also very close to Al-Kabir Town on Raiwind Road, at a distance of less than 1 km, at about a 5-minute drive. Close to Al-Kabir Town is Lake City, where high-end schools like Frobels and Scarsdale and less expensive Punjab School are located at a distance of approximately 3-5 kilometers, about a 10-minute drive. Bahria Orchards is also close by to Al-Kabir Town where Kings House School and Bahria Town School and College are located at a distance of about 7-10 kilometers, about a 15-minute drive.
Al-Kabir Town has a park in each phase (currently 2 phases have been developed). A golf course and parks (every block has 1) are also available in Lake City for recreation at a distance of 3-6 km, about a 10-minute drive. Bahria Orchards too has parks in every block, located a at a distance of about 7-12 kms, approx. 15-minute drive.
Al-Kabir Town does not have any major shopping stores or restaurant chains, but smaller shops selling groceries and essentials are available. Many famous shopping chains such as Jalal Sons and Al-Fatah have outlets in nearby Lake City at a distance of 3-5 km or 10-minute drive along with many famous eateries and restaurant chains. Bahria Orchard at a distance of less than 10 km or 15-minute drive also sports some restaurants and medium sized shopping stores. Both Lake City and Bahria Orchards have cinemas and zoos as well.
Al-Kabir Town does not have any hospital. Nearby Bahria Orchards however hosts a good hospital called Begum Akhtar Rukhsana Memorial Hospital. Al-Kabir Town has a branch of Bank of Punjab (Taqwa Islamic Banking). Nearby Lake City and Bahria Orchards have branches from many major banks. Al-Kabir Town is about 7 km from Ring Road, approx. 40 km from Allama Iqbal International Airport, about 17-20 km from Johar Town and Emporium Mall, one of the largest shopping malls of Lahore and about 15 km from Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
Al-Kabir Town mostly has plots in the 3-5 marla range. Therefore, it will mostly host people of lower middle class socioeconomic background.
