    1. Transfer of Ownership Mechanism: To transfer a plot in LDA Avenue-1, the following steps are generally involved:

Obtain copies of documents from the seller.

Determine if the plot is under allotment or exemption, with allotment being preferable.

Ensure that it was not a special quota plot.

Confirm if the house has a completion certificate.

The owner needs to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC), which can take around three months.

Get Land Acquisition Clearance (LAC).

Clearance from "Patawar Khana" inside LDA.

Account department clearance.

Town Planning (TP) clearance.

 

Fill out the transfer set and schedule an appointment at the LDA office. Before that, procure the necessary stamp papers.

Visit the LDA office with the seller on the specified date.

Provide the balance pay order to the seller, who will then sign and provide their thumb impression in front of the LDA officer. Both parties will be photographed.

The original transfer letter will be ready in approximately two days.

Obtain the old file from the seller, ensuring it contains all necessary documents.

Application form for plot transfer. Ensure the application form is filled out carefully and correctly. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
