DHA Phase 2 is an approved housing society, also launched in 1975 and converted to DHA Lahore in 1999. It covers approximately 3,000 kanals, with all areas developed. It is not a gated community. DHA Phase 2 has achieved benchmark status for efficient development and maintaining good property rates. DHA Phase 2 is considered a benchmark, with competition primarily from other residential areas such as Model Town and Askari. All sectors are fully populated.
